8/30/2010 - ATTN: ALL BROKERS: Southwest Alliance will be closed on Monday, September 6, 2010 in observance of the Labor Day Federal Holiday. Please be advised that there is no extension of the owner-occupant bidding period. Bid results for the owner-occupant bidding period will be posted on Tuesday, September 7, 2010. All daily bids received on September 4, 2010 through September 6, 2010 will be reviewed simultaneously and will be posted on September 7, 2010.
7/13/2010 - Attention Brokers: HUD has implemented a Best Offer Strategy for properties marketed more than 180 days. All offers will be considered on qualified properties, and the properties are identified as "Best Offer Considered" on the Southwest Alliance Listing. Properties sold under this program must close within 30 days. The program will end August 31, 2010.
